Getting help isn't giving up. It's taking yourself seriously.
Working with Stephany means real sessions — not a formula, not a checklist. You bring what's actually going on, and together we figure out what it needs. Below is where we start.
Start with a intro call →Individual Therapy
For the woman who is ready to stop repeating the same story.
Whether it's childhood wounds surfacing in your adult relationships, a pattern you keep falling into, or a chapter of your life you want to close — individual therapy creates the space to understand what's actually happening beneath the surface.
Sessions pull from CBT and a holistic, faith-sensitive perspective — adapted entirely to you. We work with practical tools and real emotional honesty. Not just talking about things, but moving through them.
No hidden fees. No insurance required. Transparent pricing because trust starts before the first session.
Couples Therapy
For two people who still believe in each other — and need help getting back to that.
You don't come to couples therapy when you've given up. You come when you haven't — but the same arguments keep happening, the same walls keep going up, and you don't know how to reach each other anymore.
Sessions draw from the Gottman Method — evidence-based, structured work on communication, trust, and conflict. Combined with CBT and adapted to the specific dynamic between you. Sessions are safe for couples navigating faith, cultural expectations, or major life transitions together.
Both partners attend each session. The investment is in the relationship — and what it can become.
Groups & Retreats
Healing that happens in community.
Some growth needs witnesses. Group experiences and retreats are designed for women who want to do real work — and do it alongside others who understand. Therapeutic activities, honest conversation, and the kind of connection that changes things.

Not sure which is right for you?
That's okay. Most people aren't — and that's what the first conversation is for. Reach out, tell Stephany a little about what's going on, and together you'll figure out where to start.
No commitment. Just a conversation.
